I bought one of these back when they first came out. The rain fly to the ground is always something I look for, and after talking with Jerry had to give this one a go. I am glad I did. Many camps we have with the boys end up having rain. This tents first use was during non-stop thunderstorms in central PA. It was a relentless weekend of rain. To sum up the quality in a sentence, "No water got into this tent in 48 hours of heavy rain". I was very impressed. and over the last several years, it has repeated the same feat several times. No leakage.
