Shipping policy

Orders received by 2pm generally ship the same day (holiday season shipping will vary). Texas customers can receive their shipment as early as the next day, with shipping times taking as long as 10 business days within the continental US. Once shipments leave our Bryan, Texas warehouse we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Orders generally ship via FedEx Ground; we can also ship via third party FedEx or UPS billing upon request. Order shipping to Hawaii, and Alaska ship via USPS Priority Mail. Packages weighing less than 15 ounces ship via USPS First Class Mail unless priority mailing is requested. Orders shipping internationally to Canada, Europe, or Australia generally ship via Fedex International Ground.
